Well, where to start and where to finish! We came for an experience and we had an absolutely fantastic one. Sabore is fabulous, she is an absolute dream to sail in; the comfort and elegance she displays is marvelous. The levels of service from Colin and Penny are second to none, they really are lovely people, caring and professional, who have made our holiday wonderful. For my families first experience of sailing I could not have bettered our all too brief stay of 7 days. This has to be one of our best holidays ever.

Captain Colin and Miss Penny Lane, Matias used a very interesting word when describing this trip, he called it a journey. This describes it all. Everything we experienced as a family was adventurous and exciting. From trying to find appropriate words to describe Penny's amazing cooking and naming songs while sailing with Captain Colin, the whole journey was quite simply exquisite. On another note, the relationship which we had grew over the days into a strong bond, as if we were life companions. What made the week wonderful? It was the beauty, luxury and functionality of the Sabore and the competency, attentiveness and enthusiasm of Penny and Colin. Every meal, dive, snorkel, sail, in fact every detail thought through and planned. So many strengths, was there a weakness?
